I have long wanted to try native system zooms, so I could not pass up the offer to sell this lens in new condition at a fabulous price. In the hands of a very high-quality thing, this is the very first tactile sensation - a heavy almost monolithic piece of metal and glass. On a class 810 camera, the balance is not bad at 750 ke is already worse, the left hand is loaded with the weight of the lens more than the right hand and quickly gets tired. Lightning-fast AF drive, at 750 ke the accuracy is 100%, at 810 there are misses on "non-cross" AF points. The picture is very good - the sharpness is at a height, the chromaticity is minimal, the picture looks better than from the native 24-70, perhaps if you compare it with an inexpensive fix like 85 / 1,8G, then you can confuse it. I don’t know what the photographers who ascribe to this lens the status of third-party pores were shooting, but they can’t compete with a 70-200 lens more or less sharpened for shooting a portrait. And to compare it with 85 / 1,4, even D, even G, and even more so with the old ones, but there is no point at all in portraiture by experts in portraiture 105 / 2, 135 / 2. Even the boring Sigma 85 ART is a cut above. The field of this glass is fast shooting with maximum quality, and thanks to the stub, this is also possible in lousy lighting conditions. Speaking of the stabilizer . In good light, it is better to turn it off, if necessary, work with the stabilizer before releasing the shutter, it takes some time for the stabilizer to operate - otherwise lubrication is guaranteed. The opinion expressed here is purely personal, not claiming to be the highest truth))) . I will answer any questions about the operation of the lens.
