Created huge problems for me before I realized it was a problem.
This overhead gate operator is poorly designed and has to adjust the bolt pressure so much that it ends up breaking the bolt itself and making it impossible to open the hatch. Unfortunately I was unable to return my "return" drive as the return date was 30 days past. I had to purchase and install a brand new actuator AFTER purchasing 2 different fasteners which also broke under pressure before I realized the real problem was this piece of junk. I spent days working on this issue before realizing the real problem - stay away!
