As a sculptor who puts a lot of strain on his sculpting wire, I found this wire good as an anchor and sculpting wire. It's flexible enough to bend easily, but strong enough not to bend too easily. , to keep the shape I place it in the right shape without deforming when I work on other areas and I don't break it. The alloy appears to be rust resistant, which is what I want. A friend of mine who works with metals and understands their properties told me he thought it wouldn't rust. It is an alloy of aluminum and copper. If so claimed it will not rust. Only time can tell. Good price. Recommended!
