The fact that I have a dedicated team member who is constantly training me makes it easy for us both! We don't always work with each other, so this gives my support staff someone they can directly relate too when we are not in direct contact together! It also helps them feel less alone if there isn't anyone else around at all times :).
There really wasn’t anything bad about blu root as far as using their product goes but what i hated was how long of an onboarding period you had before being able use some of its functions like creating landing pages etc. If I could change something one thing would be making sure people understand fully why certain features aren't available until after 3 months or 6 weeks depending upon level purchased (newly created/assigned user) because many just dont get it from day 1! Also having better customer service reps out here - especially live help option which has been very helpful during our trial periods!! I like that they are very easy for my clients as well me, because we can use them without any problems or difficulties at all! The only thing is their price but it's worth every penny if you're looking into something similar in order of this product!! Nothing yet nothing really dislike either about blu root so far i would say there isn't anything bad with what ever blueroot has provided us until now (as long) which was good enought feedback from our side tooo :).
