Review on Kyocera CSN 202 GR Slicer Ceramic Mandoline by Jeremy Lane

This mandolin was a replacement. I wanted to use something that didn't require the use of an insert. Of course this mandolin just makes a simple thin slice, not many different slices, but that was all I wanted. There's a slice thickness dial that's easy to use, but there's little difference in thickness. The blade is very sharp, but the kit includes a tool for grasping the object to be cut. Use it or regret it! Easy to clean. It looks good.
