I like that it was able sync with other software we use as well (like Xero). It also has an API for integration, which makes creating custom integrations easy! Not much but what there really isn't anything negative at all about this product - just make sure you know your requirements before purchasing so they can build exactly how YOU want them built from scratch :) We were looking into products where our employees could log in easily via their ecommerce websites or mobile devices without needing us running things ourselves. This solved my problem by allowing me/our team access anywhere anytime through any device while still having control over certain aspects such as privacy settings etc.
