I bought this as s gift to my 7 year-old grandson and he loves it. The lab coat fits with room to grow. It comes with very sturdy plastic test tubes, and all the scientific supplies. There is a book with some simple experiments in it, and though the ingredients are not included, mist are common ingredients already in the home.Great to keep younger kids interested in science and educational fun.
