With this Monitor Lightbar, Lume Cube has created an extraordinary product. It's expensive, but well made and built to last. The material is high quality and surprisingly light. Setup was easy and the QR code link included a short video explaining the steps to turn it on and off, and adjust the brightness and color. Pressing to switch from brightness to color is a bit fiddly. The light bar hardly heats up, even on the brightest settings. I have this to help with blue eye strain and to light up my desk. Time will tell if this actually reduces the burden. There is a slight noticeable difference in the light intensity from my monitor, especially at night. The rod rotates slightly up or down to aim properly. Too weak or too bright lighting will cause reflections on the monitor screen. It gets nice and bright. I prefer it on dimmer settings. I've attached an image showing the brightest settings in a dark room. The Lume Cube says it will go with "almost any monitor" and I've tested it in my apartment and my curved 34-inch UltraWide monitors. It's very stable on a flat screen as you can see in my video. It works on a curved screen, although not as stable. Works well enough that I'm leaving it on a curved monitor. Shift the position of your webcam if you center your webcam on the monitor. Overall this is an exceptional product that I didn't know I needed and didn't want until I got it.
