We had an issue with the pump connecting cord working intermittently. We contacted Tespo and they responded promptly and professionally in solving our problem. We received a new pump and the cat fountain works great! We love this fountain! We can see when the water level gets low on water (we replenish with ice cubes). This fountain is silent! No loud noises to cause anxiety to our cat and disturbing us. The bubbler mechanism has several speeds to ensure your kitty has no problems drinking. We set ours to low setting where it moves the water but calm enough so our cat feels comfortable drinking. He loves the fountain and is drinking so much more than he use to. It’s a sturdy fountain (cat cannot tip it over) and we would not hesitate to order this same fountain again and again and again!
