Never use them on stainless steel, hardened steel (like bed frames) Just a tip from a guy who drills in metal a lot! Otherwise they are great. You cut a nice round hole and deburr the edges.* Another tip if you want to drill through your bed frame. Take a MAPP gas torch and heat where you want the hole to be cherry red. Then, while it's hot, use a drill with an HSS attachment. Heating removes the heat. I do that all the time. And remember to always wear personal protective equipment and keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Safety first!
