The good news is that this device supplies 54.2 VDC to whatever you plug into it. The bad news is that this brick delivers 54.2V DC ruthless power to absolutely anything you plug into it. This is a purely passive power supply with +v on pins 1, 2, 4 and 5; 0v to the rest. Since it is a passive device, there is no handshake. And without the handshake, devices that require AT power levels can run in degraded mode, unaware that they can draw additional power. I can confirm that this blockage does not allow the Aruba Access Point to work with full functionality. For what it's worth, it's connected to gigabit speeds. If you need 802.3AT power, do yourself a favor and get a more reliable power injector. Something your device knows is AT compatible. Something that will only deliver power if the device on the other end is designed to receive it. Something that turns off the power when there is a problem or malfunction.
