Just received today - so excited. The models are 3" high for children and a maximum of 4" for adults. I want people to get taller so I plan on using the adult patterns for the kids and enlarging the adult patterns to make the adults taller - 5.5-6 inches for adults. This makes them work better with a 1/12 scale dollhouse that I have. Larger dolls are also a better option for our 3-5 year old grandchildren. Many of the options seem easily customizable and interchangeable at will. As for the hair, I can just put in folded strands of embroidery floss. into another hole in the heads of the wooden beads and from there. I will contact you about this. I will also build a portable dollhouse in a small metal suitcase or lunch box. I will be making interchangeable backdrops with velcro using ideas from the Cloth Embossed Scenes section of the book.
