A good replacement for the original impeller, check the spindle carefully!
One of the three I got was functional. One ceramic spindle was broken and the other was 7.6mm shorter than it should have been, rendering it unusable as it would not make contact at either end in the pump housing. The one I received in working condition is exactly the same as the original and has been running in my 303B for about a week with no problems.
