Overall good experience with Ebscohort and especially MedTask
It's easy to access your medical appointments from anywhere because it is online; however there are some glitches that need work in order for this system to be perfect! I would say overall if you use other med task products they might have better functionality but not sure about their customer service as of now? Keep an open mind when using any software or product by EBSCOhost - we've been able solve many problems over time while also saving money doing so!! We were having issues storing our receipts into one place at my previous employer which was very frustrating trying figure out where each receipt went once received them via email vs paper copy etc.. Now everything has its own tab/folder within MyMedTasks allowing us all 1 centralized location instead.
- The ease with how much information can get stored here along side patient data, lab results (if available) & prescriptions too!!! Also being used across multiple locations / different departments allows quick updates between employees without extra effort needed :)
- Nothing really comes up right away unless something goes wrong then most likely support will resolve quickly
