Extremely easy to assemble in 15 minutes, especially with the plastic lever provided. It fixed the driver working immediately for only $39.07 including USPS free expedited shipping. If I went to the dealer it would cost me $250-$300 for parts and labor. NOW it's a big savings and great value. Oh I've had it installed for a little over a month and use the driver's window every time I drive and haven't had a single problem with it or any of the other driver's door switch control functions.
