Does not fit 2004 Ford F-150. The diameter is too large to fit the latch mount and the cable channel is too narrow and "pinches" the cable so it cannot move freely to engage the latch. Once installed, the smaller "cam" end for the top latch will rotate slightly in the bracket and disengage. A project that should have taken an hour turned into a half day tedious job and the door still doesn't work properly. the need to replace the entire locking and cable system; exactly what I was hoping to avoid. It will save you neither time nor money. Avoid buying them.
