Works as well as original brand tips and assortment for le$$.

I took them as a replacement for Weller irons because I was a little concerned about their performance. Waste of time as not only do they work well with the iron, the range allows me to use specific tips for different jobs and find one that works well for them. Not a bad buy at all.
