This is a great do-it-yourself CO2 kit for aquariums. If you buy canisters, switching to a system will save you tons of money! If you have large aquariums, this system is much better than the canister systems that you can buy at retail. I will say the instructions could have been a bit clearer but I was able to figure it out. If you're having trouble figuring out how to fill the bubbler, I struggled with that during installation. I ended up putting the female end that connects to the solenoid (disconnected from the solenoid obviously) in a cup of water and suctioned the top of the male end to draw water into the bubbler, which made things a little easier. Because it has a solenoid, you can use any timer or smart switch that will turn off the power and stop the CO2 pump. I used a Wi-Fi enabled Smart Switch with Smart Life to set timers to turn my air pump on and my CO2 bubbler off at night and then vice versa in the morning. This is a fantastic kit, the dual pressure gauge makes it very easy to see how much CO2 you have in the tank and how much pressure is building up at the valve and you can adjust that pressure with a knob on top of the valve. It is also reassuring to have a fail-safe pressure relief device when the pressure in the tank exceeds 30kg/cm2. I go into more detail in the attached video. I did not use the diffuser that came with it as I ordered two spiral glass diffusers from Revain but they have not arrived yet. I am currently hooking them up to a Fluval 95g system diffuser until new ones arrive.
