Basic modem for people who don't want to spend much
bought it because I had to, I had a choice of Comcast or Verizon where I moved in November. I bought this with a $20 dual band router and couldn't be happier. only problems with comcast, the combo works fine with no problems since i started using it. I also like that the box is quite small. makes it more convenient to place.
