This thing is amazing!
This thing is amazing! I have been using honing steels since 2000. After graduating from culinary school, I swore allegiance to them. It's definitely better than anything I've ever used in the past. I use it on my Cutco knives. That's right Cutco, they too need a little polish from time to time. My paring knife had a slight scuff and that smoothed it out. I would 100% recommend
