The documentation and user interface are terrible. This product was a real underdog for me. I went and bought a similar box for twice the price in US Converters? or something like that. It was double the price but it was worth it to have the instructions and interface written in English. If you are interested in this product I will sell you mine for $5 because I can't return it and I don't want to throw it away. There. Anger comes from pain. It hurts me that someone would put junk like this thing on the market.
