The user interface is really easy to use for both patients as well as providers. I think the fact that it has a web browser as well as a mobile app makes this software very versatile. There are some features that we wish would be made more intuitive, but they have been improved in newer releases of the software. As with any medinformaticx product, I recommend using this program for you organization, it will help streamline workflow and make patient care easier. We are able to view and input patient information into our system quickly without having to spend time searching the web or paper records.
