Review on BrightInfo by Ryan Ramirez

I like how easy it was for me as an internal user to use this service compared to other services we used previously. This allowed us to make changes without needing to ask someone more experienced in data analytics or marketing. The only thing I didn't like about Brightinfo so far is that you can't export reports back to PDF format (I would love if there were some way of doing this). Great tool! We've seen better results than expected with our site traffic from being able to show personalized information to users when they visit our website.
