Easy to use tool that offers comprehensive insights

The fact it's able of tracking all my website visits within 1 account.It has great reporting option in terms of statistics reports as well other tools needed for monitoring campaigns.The interface could be more clear about some options which are not obvious.Also i would like having better integration with Google Analytics so we can have cross product usage analytics but this will take time since they don't want 3rd party software doing their job (but possible).We track our customers' web…

Easy-to Use Marketing Analytics Tool - Would Recommend

I like how easy it was for me as an internal user to use this service compared to other services we used previously. This allowed us to make changes without needing to ask someone more experienced in data analytics or marketing. The only thing I didn't like about Brightinfo so far is that you can't export reports back to PDF format (I would love if there were some way of doing this). Great tool! Amazing customer service and attentive support staff

The software was easy enough for my team of non tech savvy users who don't understand data visualization or analytical tools in general but are great people with smart ideas about how they can be utilized by us! As we have grown our client base has expanded so quickly it's hard keeping up as far automation goes - I had been working closely one day per week manually uploading reports via excel into BI solution which took too long sometimes because there were way more than 10 clients (now over…

The dashboard has been very helpful in determining what marketing efforts are working best for our business and which ones need some fine tuning. I have not found anything about this platform that I would consider lacking or dislike. We did not use any of their paid services prior to purchasing Brightinfo so there was no way to compare benefits with other products.
