I used to have copper pots and pans. Some were great and some were terrible. So I like to try on a few things from this brand before buying a set. If I don't like them, I pass them on to those who can use or need them. I keep that. Has a 10.5" pan and a 3 quart saucepan with a glass lid. Both heat faster than my other cookware and cook evenly. They are oven safe up to 450 degrees. Definitely not liable. I didn't even need a spatula to remove the eggs from the pan. It took almost no effort to clean the pot after making fudge in it. I am very happy with them and will look for a full set.
