Review on Premium Quality: J.K. 🌟 Adams Large Reversible Maple Carving Board by Marvella Griffin

Bought for Thanksgiving turkey. I really like that it has a cut out for the turkey and the back is flat. I was surprised that the wood wasn't polished at all, it's very damp and unpolished in places; However, I've never had a good wooden board, and maybe that's to be expected? I used the flat side first and it was very good and durable for cutting/sanding. The dimple side was perfect for holding the turkey in place for slicing and the huge groove was great for holding any juices which was a big plus for me. My only complaint is that it wobbles when it's on the flat side and I'm not sure if it warped after the turkey sat in it for a while or after it was washed. I followed the instructions exactly and never submerged it in water; I washed it with a soapy cloth, gave it a quick rinse, wiped it off immediately and put it on the counter and the next morning my husband noticed some wobbling. I am so disappointed that this happened after only one use as it was so expensive and otherwise amazing.
