I love that it's completely free! My favorite part is being able to log my food, exercise & weight loss success at any time of day or night - no more waiting until after work when only 1/2 your brain works well enough for you think about what actually happened in those last 3 hours during which nothing was done :) It does get old seeing "no progress" every now-and then but there are other apps out their with similar functions so not really anything wrong wtih this one per se (it could be better). Logging foods makes me accountable because if i'm having an unproductive moment where all thoughts go into how awesome life would have been had mcd eaten less salt today than yesterday etc., just logging helps remind myself why am eating healthy rather than indulgence :P.
