A web developer's dream

As a web developer, I typically have three windows open at all times: a text editor, a browser, and a browser debugger. On the left, I dedicate half of the screen (1920 x 2160) to a text editor, and that's a game changer. exactly twice the vertical resolution, twice the code. The right half of the browser window is usually split between the page I'm working on and the debugger window. or I use half the screen to read a PDF book, which works really well. GOOD: - decent sounding speakers (for a monitor) - gets bright enough during the day and quite dark at night. - Matte screen - Colors can match my MacBook Pro with a little effort - Simple menu, works like a monitor (instead of a TV) - 43 inch is Goldilocks for 4k. not too big, not too small. the eye level when sitting upright is about 2/3 of the height of the monitor, which is good for ergonomics. - USB-C to USB-C cable included BAD: - Tilt-only stand. no pivoting, no pusher/pusher - monitor arms (which can support so much weight) are expensive - volume cannot be adjusted via Mac OS - remote control or joystick left-right (below the LG logo) must be used. – Colleagues, family and friends can laugh at you. - not bent - no serial connection, but who needs two of them? Matte screen and semi-adjustable stand. I'm lucky, that's good advice. TIPS FOR ADJUSTING THE COLOR: Picture > Picture Mode: Custom. Image > Color Adjustment > Gamma: Mode 3. Image > Color Adjustment > Temperature: Warm. This will give you an 80% color match with the MacBook.
