I was a little disappointed he said it was perfect for beginners. I do not think so. First, there are all these different types of tips, metal, brass, etc., but there's no indication of what they're used for. Second, the protective rubber band is so high from the "tip" and the metal neck is so long that it is almost impossible for a beginner to fully control the pen. Third, would you think you could at least attach a heat resistant protective glove (or a link where to buy one?) Fourth, without instructions explaining what those things are, how to use them, etc., this set is just one collection dust. Unfortunately I was busy with private matters and didn't have a chance to open it until last night and now it's too late to change or return it.
