Ameda Noshow Premium Disposable Nursing Pads I've worn all the time while breastfeeding, but only because I haven't had time to look for better ones. The first and only nursing pad I've ever worn I was pleased with it, it did its job of concealing leaks. As for the "not indicated" statement, I don't think it's true, not that it's very noticeable, but I don't think a chest pad is too visible from the outside, plus there's nothing that isn't could be Make a padded bra. Hide. is that convenient? No, I didn't really find out after trying Medela disposable nursing pads towards the end, which I would probably choose next time (without a doubt) if I ever get pregnant again. I have to say I've never had a leak, not even while wearing Amedas, but the pads do need to be changed fairly regularly every few hours or the nipple area is a bit itchy/irritated. Would I wear Ameda's again, no, even with the first and only ones I tried, I found them a bit uncomfortable.
