The best is not only how easy it was but also how much we learned from them during this process. We have been able to manage things quickly by pulling up reports that weren't available before our move-in date! It allows me so go back years of data all at once instead just one small piece every year which makes it very helpful for my boss as well who works remotely now since he won't be going into work until further notice due moving forward wtih Covid 19!! I don´t really like anything about it yet honestly no problems there are great people too support you through any need you may come across while using it even if they do charge it's worth because after this time we know our systems will stay current forever more. The best thing about this software is that it has been designed very well for our hotel management system needs & helps us keep records of all customer information from their booking process till they leave the property. It's also easy enough for anyone who uses computers or laptops to use without any problems at all! Nothing so far but we have only just started using it. We are solving many issues by implementing this product into our business.
