The best is not only how easy it was but also how much we learned from them during this process. We have been able to manage things quickly by pulling up reports that weren't available before our move-in date! I like how it is simple for my guests to access their data from anywhere through web or mobile devices! It makes me so much more efficient because everything can be done online instead of having paper files scattered all over the place (which was what we used before).
