Disappointment is the best in water coolers and filters
Maybe my fault. I have other Zero Water products and expected the same level of performance, so I quickly bought this item. This product does NOT filter particles in the water. It doesn't even filter 100% chlorine. Removes 50% chlorine. For comparison. With Eco filter: TDS rating of 207. Without: 218. Also, the plastic top feels cheap and it's difficult to maneuver the lid to insert the filter. This is a product I really regret spending money on. You can drink water from the tap with the same success. Don't buy this.
