Anyone who claims that is either paid or not sober.
I know my desktop I'm working on isn't level, but this shows the bubble is right in the middle. for leveling, the bubble "stops" and stays in the center even if the surface is not level. My phone app shows up to 0.5Β° deflection and still shows the bubble is on center. Even turning it around didn't help as the inside of the bottom isn't aligned and the bubble stays in one area until you tilt about 0.5Β° in a different direction.
