IMPOSSIBLE! Eat negative reviews! You have to be aware that you are dealing with glass. like any other "beautiful China" you could handle. I've read all these reviews saying it broke "in the middle of the night" in the fridge (BS if you ask me) and leaked everywhere. It's clear you've set it too high or used it with boiling water, which you shouldn't use if you're making a cold drink. USE ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER FOR COLD COOKING! Is always. Anyhow, this is an amazing product and I have had no problems with it. Visually appealing and serves its purpose. The seal around the lid will keep your cold drink fresh for about two weeks (if it lasts that long). One day I brought it to my office and by the end of the day my coffee was gone. This is just an amazing product. would definitely gift this to another friend or family member who is as interested in coffee as I am.
