Review on Lava Electronics HD 2605 Antenna Control by Andres Mayes

Here is my story. I've been with Directv for 8 years and am fed up with the high monthly bills and when I got error code 775 I called support and they said it was a $49 maintenance fee. Damn, I rent this crap from them and they don't fix it? So I deleted my account and bought a Channel Master DVR+ CM7500TB1 and a Lava HD 2605 antenna. I live 50 miles north of San Francisco, out of town in Sonoma County. My reception is 50 miles and it's great. I get 45 channels very clearly (HD quality). Let's see what happens in a year or so. The only problem with my gear was the antenna. The engine ran once and died. I have a 48ft TV tower with a Channel Master rotor that I will be using as you can't tell where the antenna is pointing once it's installed and faint. Also, the instructions are very vague, so plan to figure everything out yourself.
