Very happy with this knife
I LOVE this knife! It is very sharp, light and elegant. I also like the feel in my hand, it's very comfortable to use. I use it to cut both frozen and fresh meat, vegetables and fruit with little effort. It doesn't seem to lose its spiciness after hard work (I sliced a few pounds of semi-thawed beef for a family gathering the other day and it stays as sharp as ever). The price is unbeatable for this performance. I have a couple of knives that I paid a fortune to sharpen. Now I focus on this high performance product at a good price. Very happy with this purchase.
