I like that it's easy to use, has many different options for customization as well as being able to add new features without having too much of an impact or cost involved in doing so (as long you have someone who knows what they're talking about). It took me quite some time before realizing how customizable this software really was but once i figured out all its functions there wasn't anything else missing from my wishlist! This program makes managing your business very efficient by allowing multiple people access at one place which helps save tons of paper work since everything can be done online instead of printing documents etc..
