I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.

Rich composition. Almost everything that is needed to strengthen ligaments and joints for those who play sports. The taste is not cloying, but even pleasant. It is difficult to explain how it works, but I did not notice any problems with ligaments and joints during the entire course of administration. Of the minuses, it does not dissolve well, you have to use an automatic mixer. The box is made of multi-layered cardboard, left by accident in an unheated dacha, lumps appeared. In general, I liked it.
