Review on 59401 Hitch 4 Bike Carrier Security by Scott Clayton

For the price this is a good bike rack. It keeps my bike secure and I love the anti sway pulley and built in lockout cable. My Highlander is easy to put on and take off. The retainer in the coupler moves a bit (I didn't use a grub screw that might solve this problem) but I don't see that as a big problem. I don't like the tilt release, where I have to remove the stylus and its taut retaining spring; there must be an easier way. The anti-sway reel is tricky to use as it requires an Allen key to attach. So I'll probably only use them for longer rides.
