Review on Qualified by Matthew Riley

The ability to have an interactive conversation in our CRM system (Salesforce) with qualified leads via Live Chat! We can see who's online or offline and when they're available/unavailable. This helps us stay organized and keep track of all opportunities we are pursuing from one place. It sometimes takes time to figure out how it works but once you do, its easy peasy to utilize. Nothing yet! I would love this feature if more people could use it as well. Currently only certain users can access the tool though there may be a way around this. Also we cannot create multiple profiles for different types of customers so having several chats going on at same time will not work. Instead, we must start each new profile over again which gets tedious. Have been able to find leads faster than ever before using Qualified.
