Great Tool For Lead Generation & Conversations

The ability to have an interactive conversation in our CRM system (Salesforce) with qualified leads via Live Chat! We can see who's online or offline and when they're available/unavailable. This helps us stay organized and keep track of all opportunities we are pursuing from one place. It sometimes takes time to figure out how it works but once you do, its easy peasy to utilize. Nothing yet! I would love this feature if more people could use it as well. Currently only certain users can access…

Great tool that makes customer service easier and faster

I love knowing everything about my clients in one place - it's like having an expert team member who can answer any question quickly! The AI has gotten better over time as well so we don't feel dumb when trying things out (which happens all too frequently). We still have room get even more information from our customers but this really helps us narrow down what would be of most interest them before sending anything off internally or externally!! I like how easy it was to set up my account…

  • It is fairly intuitive, provides answers without needing me call back with questions which gives you some peace at times :)The user interface itself doesn’t look bad either.It works fine across mobile devices both iOS & Android..and its not overly complex just yet..so good job here guys !!!!:)
