I love knowing everything about my clients in one place - it's like having an expert team member who can answer any question quickly! The AI has gotten better over time as well so we don't feel dumb when trying things out (which happens all too frequently). We still have room get even more information from our customers but this really helps us narrow down what would be of most interest them before sending anything off internally or externally!! I like how easy it was to set up my account within minutes of signing in. My first impression wasn't great as I had never used Live Chat before so I didn't know what to expect or if there would be any issues getting started but once we got going everything went smoothly! We are using qualified primarily for onboarding customers however we have also been able to utilize it during non-peak hours when our phone lines were busy.
