Review on 🔥 Reliable Fluker's Heat Mat: Optimal Heating Solution for Reptiles and Small Animals by Heather Smith

I did a lot of research before I bought this heating mat. I've been trying to raise the temperature in my hermit crab tank for the winter. I first bought an 11x11 mat thinking it would fit my 18x18x18 Exo Terra aquarium. However, this only increased the temperature by a few degrees, so I settled on an 11x17 mat, which kept the temperature at 80 the entire time. The reason I chose this mat was the ability to switch it between if needed moving around the tanks and seemed less flammable/melting. I am so grateful that I chose this mat as I was able to easily place the smaller mat in my tree frog tank and the large mat in my hermit crab tank. I will say that these mats don't look like they give off much heat if you're looking for a big temperature rise, but they did raise my tank by about 8-10 degrees which was perfect for my use. Oh, and they don't feel very hot, so they're safe for my little ones and furry animals. Overall, I am grateful that Flukers makes these moveable heater mats and will continue to purchase them for future aquariums.
