I never exaggerate and rarely write reviews. But this monitor has definitely become the biggest disappointment when buying a device in 2019. I can overlook a lot of things, but for $1,500 this item should have been top notch. Issues I had and some others if you check out the Acer Precision Monitor forums. Flickering at a frequency of 120 Hz. Loss of detail and increased flickering in dark areas of the game or just when scrolling through a website with a black background. Funnily enough, the Acers forums have a black background with white lines and borders around each topic. Scroll the page and the white boxes will disappear. You can see the same thing with the white stars in the UFO test (the guy on the forum mentioned this and I tested it myself with the same results). HDR gets washed out on PC and consoles and there's no way to adjust the settings once in HDR mode. This item had to be flawless for its price. It's not a pity. Especially since you can get a 55-inch OLED TV with gsync and Freesync over HDMI for as little as $100. This was my first and last purchase of an ACER product. I will not even contact their support staff. avoid it
