I like that it has all of our data in one place so when something goes wrong or there are questions to ask during sales conversations/etc., its right at my fingertips! The only thing i dislike about this program is how slow some things can be (when you're trying to pull up multiple tabs). It would also help if they had an easier way to have different fields show up depending what version of the software you were using. For example, sometimes when looking through tickets from before 2015, ticket numbers may not make sense because those aren't showing anymore which makes tracking down old ones difficult. This solves most issues with making sure everyone knows where certain information lives. We've started having better visibility into past projects since it pulls everything together easily instead of searching each individual file separately.
