BAD First Impression

There are only two screws in this gadget, and one of them is unscrewed and "floating" in the box. I had to twist myself. Nothing special but it doesn't give me a good impression of this product.

Pros

EASY ROOF ACCESS: Load and attach panniers and boxes, canoes, kayaks, SUPs, skis, snowboards, bikes and wash your car roof!
