Great customer support, nice screen

I bought this screen earlier this month but had problems with it. Lebula worked with me to try to solve this problem by suggesting several possible solutions. After a few days none of this worked and I concluded that my screen was defective. However, due to the excellent customer service, I bought another one from Lebula and returned the old one. The new screen works great and looks great. I understand that technology is not perfect. It happens. The screen itself is very beautiful. As long as your source is high resolution, it will look great on this screen. Touch is responsive, I'm using it with a Raspberry Pi running OpenAutoPro and it's very responsive. The picture is sharp and clear, the colors are bright and beautiful. I could be wrong, but I think this supports permissions higher than those listed. I hooked up a 1080p source to it and it looked beautiful. Maybe it's scaling? Love the "gift" wires that come with the screen, which goes a long way to reducing clutter. The ones that came with my screen include a flat and short Micro HDMI ribbon cable, sufficient to plug the Raspberry Pi into the board's header. It also comes with a tiny four-wire USB-A cable that connects directly to the board, providing both power and touch connectivity from the Pi. It also includes a regular HDMI cable, a long micro-USB cable, and a short 3-inch micro-USB cable. It also includes GPIO cables that connect directly to the board from the Pi to provide power. There are multiple ways to power this screen and this screen has the cleanest cabling solutions yet, which was important to me. The only problem I can think of is the lack of cases for this screen. It comes with mounting feet to keep it upright and is very useful and works well but the back is always left open. I've been wanting to build a car head unit using this screen and my Raspberry Pi, but I think I'd be interested in designing and building my own case. It's a good screen, it performs well and if clean wiring is important to you then this is the screen to get.

Pros
  • The adjustable stand allows you to place it in any workspace.
Cons
  • Limited contrast ratio
