There were some problems and the slides were not clear when scanned. Manufacturer support is very helpful. They said it was a defective unit and I sent it back. Maybe I'll like it better if it actually works. He scanned photos very well. The negatives turned out great too. Doesn't slip much but I hope the replacement does the job. I ordered a 64GB stick but it doesn't read the card. Maybe that's the problem with him and why he's coming back. I will come back and update this review as soon as there is a new one.
