I love how easy it was to set up my account (after several attempts). It's so much easier than using other services like Constant Contact or HubSpot! The layout isn't very intuitive at first but once you get used to everything its great for tracking all our campaigns & emails we send/receive with clients. There are too many settings which can be confusing if not familiar w/o trial before purchase as well as when adding new users - make sure they have some training prior to implementation. This has helped us track every single email sent by client since day 1. We've also been able to easily add additional accounts without any issues.
